Our Story

My hubby and I were planning a trip to Korea and I was thinking why not retake our wedding photos to celebrate our wedding anniversary.  So I sourced for a few wedding studios and contacted one of them as we like their styles of photography, makeup and wedding dress.

 

At 8 am in the morning of the photoshoot, our photographer Mr Kim was kind enough to come and pick us up at the hotel we were staying though it was one hour’s drive from where he was.  Mr Kim drove another hour to the studio where our makeup and hair were to be done. Though we spoke different languages, the hair designer, makeup artist, translator and the team made us feel comfortable and we settled down quickly. After our wedding dress and suit selection, we set off for our outdoor shoot first followed by the indoor shoot.

 

 

The whole photoshoot experience was enchanting. We felt like we were getting married again!

My hubby is camera shy and Mr Kim was very patient and tried to get him to relax. The whole photoshoot experience was enchanting. We felt like we were getting married again! By the time we finished, it was about 6 pm in the evening. Mr Kim wanted us to have the soft copy of the photos before we flew off the next morning. Some time was needed to process the soft copy of the photos. Mr Kim was worried we will be hungry by the time we got back to the hotel and suggested we go for dinner together. After dinner, Mr Kim showed us the soft copy of the photos before driving one hour back to our hotel. After dropping us off, he would have to drive another hour back. It was near to 10 pm already.

Millions of thanks could not express the gratitude we felt. We had experienced Korean hospitality at it’s highest level. Though we only met Mr Kim and the team for the first time and only spoke “annyeonghaseyo” and “kamsahamnida”, the kindness he had manifested really touched our hearts. That’s why we want you to experience what we have experienced.
